Yoga for Kids!Join the first yoga class for kids offered in our area! Instructor Jill Grant will lead children from 6-10 years old through a series of fun activities designed to introduce them to the world of yoga! It's not just adult yoga geared toward kids...this class incorporates developmentally appropriate movements and poses in order to keep kids both centered and engaged!Wednesdays, starting January 8th and running for 6 wks 4:30-5:15 PM $48 (that's only $8 per class!) *We reserve the right to cancel any class for which minimum enrollment numbers have not been met. Mommy & Me Music ClassThis energetic childrens music class is filled with strumming, shaking, dancing, and laugher! Mommy & Me music classes are interactive classes performed live on the guitar! Parents and children will have the chance to dance, sing, and even try strumming the guitar! This class is best geared toward children 5 and under. Moms, Dads, grandparents, and babysitters are all welcome to attend!Instructor: Nicole Clarke Class will be held on the following Thursdays: Jan 16th, Jan 23rd, Feb 6th, Feb 13th, Feb 27th, March 6th 2:00-2:45 PM $42 (that's only $7 per class!) *We reserve the right to cancel any class for which minimum enrollment numbers have not been met PlaygroupChildren will have the chance to explore in a safe, friendly, fun, and developmentally-appropriate environment! Your child will have fun climbing, sliding, bouncing, drawing, dressing up, and playing make-believe as they choose their own play activities! This unstructured playtime allows your child a chance to explore his or her own creativity, while moving freely between activities! All ages are welcome!Wednesdays, starting January 15th and running for 6 weeks 9:30-10:30 AM $32
School Readiness GroupWoodstock parents, did your child not "win" the preschool lottery? Looking for ways to help your child get ready for school next Fall? This is the perfect class for you! Geared toward 4 and 5 year olds, this class will combine structured learning opportunities with unstructured playtime in order to allow your child to explore his or her own creativity. Developmentally appropriate learning activities will be incorporated with music, movement, and story time. We will explore different seasonal themes and immerse ourselves in literature, science experiments, and crafts activities. Open to parents and children from all towns!Wednesdays, starting January 15th and running for 6 weeks For all classes, parents are requested to stay on the premises during the class. |
